Hi, I'm mai-mai
In this module I learned that the emphasis is given to the student and their learning with the environment. In order to become a good teacher if not efficient one must know first his/her learners, their behavior, interest, aptitude and their socioeconomics. Conduct an analysis what helps student to learn.
From the activity this afternoon, I learned also that student will learn faster and better if we help them realized why is it important for them to learn the lesson, let them believe that what they learn will help them in the future. We have to take in consideration also the factors that may hinder students learning, such as self confidence, maturity, behavior, interest, attributes of success and failures and learning style
