Insights on module I

1) technology helps a lot to the teacher and the learners It serves as amplifiers and transformers.

2) it is used to improve the performance of the learners


3) a tool for instruction

Insights on Module 2: Instructional Design Models

1) We must plan first before making a design.

2) Instructional design is a process, discipline, science and reality.

3) That there are 4 instructional principles: design., development , evaluation and revision.

4) That the most effective among the 4 models is the ADDIE Model.


Insights on module 2b: Analysis of the Learner and the Environment

1) A teacher must know first the learners.

2) The lesson must fit to the audience of the teacher. He must plan a lesson that caters to the learners needs.

3) In planning the lesson, the teacher must consider the cognitive, psychosocial, and physiological characteristics of the learners.
